Our 90-Day Return Window:
Customers may return products within 90 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition. This extended return period allows ample time for product evaluation and testing by customers/consumers.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The product must be in its original, unmodified condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• The item must not be physically damaged, altered, or show signs of excessive use.
• Products must not be swapped for look-alikes or counterfeits.

Refund Options:

• Full refund to the original payment method for eligible returns.
• Store credit or exchange for another product of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized modifications
• Products with removed or damaged safety seals
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Process for Returns:

• Contact our customer service team within the 90-day period to initiate the return process.
• Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
• Return the item to our designated return address, with shipping costs which is the customers responsibility to cover upon delivering the item back to us.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days.

While Canadian law does not require businesses to accept returns, we voluntarily offer this policy to ensure customer satisfaction. This return policy is subject to change without notice, and the current policy at the time of purchase will apply (Feel free to screen shot this upon purchasing your item).

• Refunds exclude any installation or labor costs associated with the modification.

If for any reason you purchase a product which shows compatible with your vehicle model and it happens to not fit that specific vehicle model mentioned by our website, please email us or phone us at 905 929 3451, or email info@sleipnirauto.ca we will move fast on this, to ensure we can process your return ASAP and for specific situations as such, the return shipping will be covered by Sleipnir, considering it is no fault of the customer.
